Had a terrific time with a mother and her 6yo son; when I let him listen to his heart and asked him to describe what he heard, he said, "It sounds like bunnies are blowing bubbles in my ear!" His mother and I, already having a good time joking with each other, really had a good laugh over this.
Had a good time working with two nurses with whom I always enjoy working; it made a hectic schedule go well. Also, they are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
And, when I posted this experience on Facebook, within 2 hours I had 38 "Likes" and 5 comments. I'm surprised at some of the people who "liked" or commented at my post; I wouldn't have thought that I would be on their "radar". This was kinda heart-warming!
Something happened on Sunday (yesterday). After what was one of the toughest days the day prior re: self-flagellation, catastrophizing, and self-ramping my anxiety to near break-point thresholds, I woke up with a peace and a perspective of "Forget the burdens and baggage of the past; start today anew and as if you are a new person in the life you live."
I am still distrustful of God to post what I speculate on God. It's safe to say that I am disappointed in / have been disappointed by God.
